2. Re-clean Policy

If there are any issues with the quality of the clean, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost to you.


3. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically only issued if a re-clean has not resolved the issue. For subscription cancellations, pro-rata refunds may apply for unused months.
